Commonwealth Business Furniture is a model business in the Richmond area. They have a very wide variety of office furniture at almost 7,000 chairs and dozens of workstations in-house. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and willing to help you get what you need. I purchased two Steelcase Leap chairs and before I picked them up they were steam-cleaned, wiped down, and the pistons were lubricated. Additionally, John notified me that the chairs have a 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year warranty. I did have an issue with the pistons hanging on both of the chairs, but when I got in touch with John he offered to either have two other chairs brought to my house (which is forty-five minutes away from the shop) or send someone out to take a look at them. I ended up bringing the chairs back myself because I was in the area and John personally took a look at them. I ended up swapping out for the other chairs but wanted to swap out the backing and armrests on the chairs; John ensured that this was no problem and his skilled employees made quick work of the adjustments.

Needless to say John and his employees are devoted to providing quality products, providing a quality customer experience, and making sure that things are done right. They want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.

Management is top tier, very helpful in finding my needs, custom work, decent inventory, location can be difficult to find due to new additions of apartments built into the warehouse complex.
